- Warning! This scenario might
contain activities that might not be suitable in selfbondage.
Please play safe.
-
-
-
- The basis of this scenario is an exercise
ball being inflated underneath you while you are chained spread
eagle to a wooden frame.
-
- A: Wooden
frame made of 2x4s
B: Chains locked to eyelets on the frame and around ankles
and wrists
C: Ice block holding the ends of two separate chains.
The ice block acts as a secondary release mechanism in the event
the primary fails. Ice blocks should be significantly larger
than block J to ensure the secondary release method doesnt
melt before the primary.
D: Exercise ball. During setup the ball is deflated. The
chains have enough slack that when the exercise ball is deflated
you can move forward enough to reach the top of the frame and
the locks on both wrists.
E: Small air compressor with build in pressure regulator.
Regulator should be set to a very low pressure like 15 psi.
F: Key to locks, electric surge protector and electric
wall timer. Timer should be set for the minimum amount of time
required for the compressor to inflate the exercise ball. When
ready to begin bondage reach forward and turn on surge protector
to activate compressor.
G: Spring loaded pressure relief valve set to 20 psi.
A secondary relief valve installed on the airline will prevent
the ball from being overinflated should the pressure sensor on
the compressor malfunction.
H: Air release valve.
I: Primary release mechanism. Heavy weight tied to the
air release valve, suspended from a block of ice.
J: Ice block hung from the post.
-
- Once the power has been turned on to the
compress the exercise ball will begin to inflate beneath you.
As it lifts you up the chains will go tight stretching your limbs
to the corners of the frame. The chains should be measured before
hand to ensure there is enough slack to allow the ball to fully
inflate. Once inflated the power switch and the key to the locks
will be completely out of reach. After the pump shuts off you
will be stuck, waiting for the ice on the post to melt and drop
the weight that will pull on the release valve. Large compressors
have large capacity air tanks that can store air after the compressor
has been shut off. This scenario can be set up anywhere in the
great outdoors if your compressor has a large enough tank to
fully inflate the exercise ball without being turned on.
-
- As always, you should let someone know
what you are up to before you tie yourself up. I highly recommend
inviting a friend or two to drop by about the time you plan to
be finished. If you have friends who like to show up early I
suggest leaving a paddle out so they can spank your naughty behind.
A large gag to muffle your cries could be a good addition as
well.

- Have fun,
