Chinese Tape Torture

This shows the simple but effective "Chinese tape torture".
It is a very effective way to add a touch of pain to your selfbondage scenarios.
Please use with caution.

A: This is a roll of duct tape.
 
B: This is unboiled rice.
 
Cut a piece of tape and sprinkle rice on the inside. Put the tape on your knees or other places which will be used to support your weight. This is a very simple way to make your selfbondage sessions a bit more uncomfortable.
Well, a lot more uncomfortable actually.
