The Chastity Belt

I have received a request for details of the design and construction of the chastity belt described in The Force of Nature. I have made two drawings which hopefully make things clearer than the text description. These drawings may not be to scale since I have never seen the actual belt.

Fig 1 shows the components of the belt. The leather, shown in brown, is folded over the waist chain at the top, and over the steel ring at the bottom and sewn. The designer had originally planned to put additional chains along the left and right edges and sew those, but had not done so at the time of the session. To prevent the leather moving on the waist chain in the absence of these side chains, the top corners are bolted to the waist chain as shown. I think he used nylon bolts.

The penis tube, shown in blue, is made from plastic. He started with a curved tube from a toilet fitting. I don't know if the curve is continuous along its length as shown, or is more curved at one end. It might be a better design if it were more curved at the top end. He drilled and cut the tube to shape, then heated the top part to bend the tab out. The tab retains the strap that he fastened around his testicles. He said it is very important to round and smooth all the cut edges of the penis tube.

Fig 2 shows a cross section of the chastity belt in place. The penis tube is secured at one end by the strap around the testicles, and at the other end by being padlocked to the crack chain and perhaps to the steel ring. The flange of the butt plug has loops that encircle the crack chain. This both holds the plug securely inside the wearer, and also allows some movement along the chain which is important when tightening the crack chain and padlocking it to the waist chain.

Since the penis and testicles are twisted, the testicles do not stick straight out in front of the wearer, but tend to lie a little to one side. The belt as made had the tab on the penis tube sticking straight out to the front. An improvement to the design would be to angle the tab slightly to accommodate the actual position of the testicles better.

The bottom of the penis tube was left open. To prevent access to the head of the penis, the tube could be closed off leaving only drainages holes. This was not done since the belt is not very secure, and the penis could easily be freed with a knife. In actual use, security was assured by handcuffing the wearer.
