low lying table. Position some sharp objects on the table so
that they will cause discomfort if you relax your body and let
it lay on the table. The sharpness of the objects decides the
level of discomfort, please do not overdo it and do not chose
anything that will cause permanent damage.
B: Is a collar around the neck. Please make sure that the collar
can not strangle you if you would fall over.
C: Is a pair of handcuffs.
D: Is a pair of kneecuffs.
E: Is a pair of anklecuffs.
F: Is a rope attaching B to the wall.
G: Is a rope attaching D to the wall.

- The intent is to force you to stay bent
over the table, unable to move away, and unable to straighten
your back. As your back gets tired, you will be forced to choose
between straining your back or laying your upper body on top
of the uncomfortable objects.
