Artists notes:

H20 - A dangerous one as it is underwater.
You can tied yourself anyway in this one, I was originally going to show wrists tied to ankles, but it's kinda open.
Breathing tube in mouth (using a snorkel) and nose-clip - think a noseclip is definate for this one? To finish it off air filled balloons can be tied to the nipples so when they try and float (size depending) they torture and pull hard on the nipples.
Vibrator strapped to one leg using elastic bands so it can be adjusted to find the right spot.
The only problems I found with this one were stopping the body from floating but I guess that can be overcome by using weights (etc) but again this a dangerous one - but you dont have to be tied up to try it the first time.
